We’ve been perfecting our process for 12+ years and hosted 1,000+ weddings, but that doesn’t mean that your experience will be “cookie-cutter” because each wedding is unique and distinct to the wedding couple’s vision. Our endless buffet includes main entrees, salad, cheese and vegetable trays, and more. We provide an inspired menu of dishes and passed appetizers that reflect the Louisiana culture. The food is prepared in house by our staff and served to your guests throughout the entire length of your event.

Chad, the owner, was trained at Disney and believes that every bride should be treated like Cinderella – not only on her wedding day – but before, during, and after her wedding. He often tells brides that we can handle all the details other than picking the guy. Our venue is a one-stop, all-inclusive wedding venue. While we provide many services such as catering, bar, DJ, photo booth, wedding planning, linens, decor, and more, we have amazing referrals for the things we don’t provide such as cake and photography.

Our theme is uniquely outside at night in New Orleans, except we control the weather. While we believe our service is Disney level and second to none, our real differentiating factor is our star ceilings with an outside feel but inside environment. We also have been perfecting our processes for almost 12 years and well over a thousand weddings. Yet, we are improving constantly remodeling and updating.

Our culinary experience is based on something that we learned at Disney – each guest is a VIP – not a very important person, but a very individual person. We have a saying around here that we treat different people individually. Everybody likes something different. so we created a menu that has been fine-tuned for 12 years, including hand passed items, action stations, and a buffet designed to meet everyone’s needs. While most wedding venues New Orleans give you a long list of options but only allow you to choose 3-5, we provide all of our options.

While we won’t go to outside vendor locations with the bride, we often host vendor meetings with brides.

Yes, you are allowed to hire your own vendors and we can even help with referrals if you like.

‘Planning a wedding is in most cases the first time in your life you will spend a large amount of money, divided between many different vendors. How do you know who will do a good job? Who will do all they promise? Who can provide what you are looking for? The questions are endless. The bottom line navigating this unique once in a lifetime process will take an enormous amount of time, discipline, effort, and, it still may not turn out as you dreamed. So what are you to do? We understand that and in fact, agree. Not only is it hard to find the right vendors, but they also change. Great vendors five years ago may not be so great today. We equally understand that if the vendors don’t treat our brides the way we demand, it is a negative reflection on us. If the bride is not happy, it may not be our fault, but it is our problem.

Who better to help plan your big day, with us, than a staff that works with vendors every week! Just let us know your budget and vision our staff will connect you with great proven vendors. We don’t simply send a preferred vendor list, in fact, we don’t have one, because it changes, we have your best interest in mind, and if a vendor does not treat our brides the way we feel they should be treated they are taken off our internal list.

Yes our bridal staff packs up all gifts and helps with decor removal.

We coordinate with the local police department to provide security officers at all events that include alcohol.

Yes, we have an extensive list of inventory that you may use for your wedding day. Once you book you will be provided a bridal packet you can fill out online.

Yes! We have 177 lighted parking spaces available onsite and 200 spaces next door.

We can host 50-500 guests.

We require a $1,000 non refundable deposit at the time of booking to reserve your wedding date.

After the deposit, we require payments of $500 a month normally until 14 days before the balance is due. We take various forms of payment cash check credit card PayPal Venmo etc. we do charge a 3.75% fee on credit cards as well as pass along any fees incurred with other payment types such as PayPal.

Please put the bride’s full name and wedding date on all payments. Mail or drop off a check at 1645 N. Causeway Blvd Mandeville, La 70471, or place it in our dropbox next to the front main door on the right.

We charge a 3.75% fee for Credit cards. Pay pal can be free using friends and family coming directly from a bank or balance (but if fees are charged we only credit the amount we collect). Use this email address to send. Also, we can do Venmo(@Chadbordelon), please put the event date in notes. And Cash App ($ChadBordelonFDL) or my cell number 985-789-7867. We also can take Apple Cash all you have to do is open a text and click the black Apple pay button on the bottom.

Again always put the event date and name the event is booked in so payments can be credited correctly.

Yes we have bridal suites and grooms areas for both of our ballrooms.

Total refund of any paid deposits is refunded only if the ballroom is rebooked for the same day and time slot of the canceled event.

The facility is handicap assessible downstairs, but we do not have an elevator for the upstairs spaces.

Yes we have a private restaurant that specializes in these types of events. Your rehearsal practices ARE normally during the week Monday through Thursday between 4:30 and 5:30. Rehearsal dinners are booked in conjunction with practices. The practices are done 30 minutes before the start of the rehearsal dinner.
