Here at Fleur de Lis we hope that everyone had a great carnival season and a fantastic Fat Tuesday!

Recently, we had the opportunity to host the St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce in our newly renovated Orleans and Jazz rooms, the future location of our upcoming restaurant Réveillon at Fleur de Lis.  It was a great success and we could not be more excited to keep the ball rolling towards opening our doors.  One thing we were incredibly excited to show off were the products of our most recent adventure…homemade ice creams!  We created two custom flavors for the event, a King Cake flavored ice cream and Pineapple Coconut.  What a great way to celebrate Mardi Gras and talk about delicious!

As we get closer to finalizing the menu, we are deciding on everything from the plates and napkins to the aprons and name tags- it’s all about the details, right?
