Congratulations, your special day is fast approaching! Within this packet, we will ask you to provide our staff with the important information needed in order for us to create your magical celebration and ensure everything runs smoothly. Please answer every question with as much detail as possible (the more detail the better). Your information can be added by simply clicking on the blue text and typing into that box, please leave the text blue and/or highlighted so we can see your comments clearly! Also, please caption all pictures with the name of the person/people so there are no discrepancies. These pictures are used by our staff to identify distinguished guests and are extremely important.

To ensure the best possible wedding for you, we recommend you meet with our Bridal Department 1-2 weeks after you book and 2-3 weeks before your wedding.
