As our communities are affected by the coronavirus, our work at the Fleur de Lis Event Center for upcoming events continues. Our promise to you is to be upfront and transparent in our company preparations and to address your concerns for your event as if it was our own – we know there’s a lot of information right now and you are worried. We are here for you. Currently, all events other than school events and events over 250 (during the next 30 days) are proceeding as scheduled.
Should anything change, you can expect timely and transparent communication from us so you can make the best plans. As always, we are committed to providing clean and safe facilities for events.  And have developed a readiness/response plan (below) to do our part.
We will continue to be vigilant and closely monitor all federal, state, and local health advisories to determine the safest course of action for everyone who enters Fleur de Lis Event Center. Thank you for trusting us as your venue, we’re here if you have any questions or concerns.

Fleur de Lis Event Center COVID-19/Coronavirus readiness/response plan.
We are currently in the process of a deep clean of the facility.
We have disinfected high-touch areas such as handrails, flat surfaces, and door handles with the latest and best cleaner to prevent COVID-19/Coronavirus and will continue to so for all events.
We have ordered extra bathroom supplies to ensure all bathroom remain stocked which includes all proper hand wash stations and will be encouraging hand washing.
We are requiring our staff to wear gloves at all times during events while advising any sick staff to stay home.
We will be offering all guests gloves on food service lines.
We have ordered Adult forehead thermometers for temperature checks of our staff and may extend this to guests if determined necessary.
We are monitoring local, state, and federal guidelines as well as industry best practices to stay updated.
